Frankie Bates is a nurse continence advisor and co-manages a Urology Wellness Clinic in Saint John. She has been involved in numerous clinical trials both for urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction and with the use of Biofeedback and Stimulation therapy. She has been on the board of directors of the Canadian Continence Foundation since 2002, is on the committee of the World Continence Promotion and The Canadian Nurse Continence Association. She has also served on the executive board for the Urology Nurses of Canada in the past.
Frankie has presented hundreds of lectures on multiple urological topics in Canada, United States and Europe and received a national lectureship award in Florida in 2004.She is an author of several articles in peer reviewed urologic journals, three of which received national editorial awards.
