Mila Wiecki RN, BSCN 

Mila Wiecki is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience across a broad range of clinical settings, including geriatric and palliative care, orthopedic surgery, and community nursing. Her career has been guided by a strong commitment to patient dignity, compassionate care, and improving access to effective, evidence-based treatments.

As the founder and director of The Essence of Health, Med Laser & Infusion Clinic in Hamilton, Ontario, Mila focuses on women’s pelvic health, incontinence treatments, and non-invasive wellness therapies. Her clinic offers Fotona StarFormer® incontinence treatment, helping individuals regain confidence and quality of life in a supportive, stigma-free environment.

Mila is deeply committed to advancing the Canadian Continence Foundation’s mission to enhance the quality of life for those living with urinary and bowel incontinence through education, advocacy, support, and increased access to treatment options.

She is also a proud mom of four and brings the same compassion, dedication, and empathy to her professional work that she values in her personal life.
